• Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 12 hours' notice so we can honour the space for both our journeys.

• Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and are non-refundable.

• Package sessions are intended to support consistent growth. Please use them within 3 months to keep the momentum alive.
